PRODUCTIVE FAMILES
Productive families program is a project of Ministry of Social Development under the department of Productive Families & Childhood development. The objective of this program is to promote socio-economic conditions of the people working in informal traditional businesses especially the home based businesses. The program provides integrated support services, which includes, Business Development Services, Product & Design development/improvement and Sales & Marketing support.

We do not pass on any of customer’s information to anyone else; we keep our customers personal details confidential and use them only for the purpose we got them for.
We do not sell, or share customer’s personal details with other businesses or vendors.
From time to time, we may send you product information (including special offers) in the mail or by e-mail. If you wish to remove your name from our mailing list, please ask us to do so by sending an e-mail.

3. Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
4. Payments
All payments are received at the sales & exhibitions centers motioned under “Contact Us” link. For payment through checks, demand drafts or any other electronic mode, please send us e-mail or call us on the contact addresses mentioned under the link “Contact Us”
5. Delivery
Every effort will be made to fulfill orders placed with us but we shall not be liable to any person if the sales & exhibition centers mentions under “Contact Us” declines to supply product(s) for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to decline orders without disclosing the reason behind that action. We shall not be liable for failure to deliver on expected time whether the delay has been due to causes beyond our control or otherwise.
6. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fee
Any faults in any of our products must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchasing the goods. We are not liable for any compensation or refund if the fault in any product is reported after 14 days from the date of purchasing the product.
“Change of mind” returns will not be accepted, except for rare cases and solely to the discretion of our Sales & Exhibitions centers. In such rare cases we reserves the right to charge a reasonable market rental for the period the item was used.
Unused goods in original packaging may be retuned for exchange within the 14-day period from the purchase date, given that this has been confirmed with us. The invoice must be retained as a proof of purchase at all times.
If unused product in its original packaging is returned after 14 days and before 3 months from the invoice date, 20% restocking fee will apply. Products can only be accepted if they have not been used and are still in their original packaging.
No product can be returned after 3 months from its purchase date. It is your responsibility to contact us with any queries regarding any of our products within 14 days from the purchase date.
Customers are required to pay courier charges for the exchange (both to return to and send from us) when returning and/or exchanging wrong size products, unused product or for “change of mind” returns.
When guaranteeing satisfaction with our products, we are happy to refund the full amount for unopened packs. Return courier fees are the responsibility of the Customer returning the product.
The liability of our Sales & Exhibitions Centers for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from one of our products or for the non-compliance of any of our products or for any other reason shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the product.
We have the right to change its policies relating to the return and refund of products at any time without notice.
7. Other
All prices on the website are in Bahraini Dinnars (BD) and inclusive of GST. Prices may change without prior notice.
All quotes at our website http://www.bahrainiproducts.com are valid while stocks last unless stated otherwise.
